Counselling Focus

I am a certified counsellor passionate about supporting individuals through the emotional challenges of migration, adjustment, and beyond. Having personally experienced the journey of immigration, I understand the grief, loss of identity, and cultural transitions that can arise, and I offer a compassionate, safe space for clients to process their emotions.

My professional training equips me to assist clients from diverse backgrounds, not just those navigating migration, but also those managing stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma from various life experiences.

Fluent in both French and English, I am committed to ensuring language is never a barrier to care. My goal is to help you find your sense of belonging, well-being, and resilience—wherever you are on your journey.

Professional Background

I am an Associate Professional Counsellor with a master’s degree in counselling from Horizon College & Seminary.

Beyond my counselling practice, I have over 10 years of experience leading women’s ministry groups in our local church. This experience has deepened my passion for supporting others in their personal and spiritual growth.
